Jigija goes to AFAC17 - The 2017 Fire & Emergency Management Conference

From 4-7 September 2017, Terrence Taylor Jigija Coordinator and Lead Instructor will be presenting at the AFAC17 powered by INTERSCHUTZ event in Sydney.

It will be an exciting opportunity to for us to speak about the Indigenous Fire Training Program.

Terrence will outline the concept and development of this Training Program and reflect on its pilot delivery in May 2017.

The conference is about Collaborating for Success – Improving performance in emergency management and Terrence will describe the effective partnership developed with Queensland Fire and Emergency Services and how this has achieved outcomes for fire management across the region.
